[Bug] Vertical scroll not working in chat

Current Behavior

I cannot scroll and view old messages in the chat container.

Expected Behavior

Vertical scroll will allow me to view old messages that have gone off screen.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to the app. Ask questions until old messages go offscreen. Try to scroll up offscreen.

@engageintellect I think this would be an easy thing for you. I dont really know tailwind css that well. Not sure why this is broken.
