Pluggable voting score

This makes it possible to semi-intuitively change the voting score function from a consumer app, through monkey patching for the time being.

It does this by the following:

• Renames the vote values from things with a numeric name to things with a generic name
• Adds an "abstain" vote category (as this proves to be useful to reviewers)
