Add view feature for Blog Post

inc_view() method for Blog Post isn't used in https://github.com/pinax/pinax-blog/blob/master/pinax/blog/views.py. So, blog post view doesn't work.

@adnan-alam It looks like back in 2012 inc_views was removed from views and replaced with signals code. Perhaps the inc_views() functions are no longer needed?
