django-appconf --umantained dependency

As i see repo of this project is https://github.com/jezdez-archive/django-appconf and author of this app doesn't support own project. He write in breif description of repo:[Unmaintained] and last commit to this repo i see on Feb 15.

Thank you for the issue report. Now is a good time to revisit this and remove the dependency. I look to carve out some time this week to work on it.
