Chicoutimi (1159148923) should be Saguenay. I noticed that this was supposedly addressed in #419, but for whatever reason that correction didn't come through. The dot for Sault Ste. Marie (1159149311)...

The Cheyenne River (1159125437) has a noticeable gap between segments. The individual segments don't have unique IDs, I think, so here's some images to locate it: 

The 10m Lakes dataset separates off some of the bays of the Great Lakes. Green Bay should be separated, as well. It is similar in size, or probably even larger...
