duplicate entries in the docs

While reading the docs, I noticed duplicate entries in the menu. "Configuring" and "Usage" appear twice in the menu.

This is a bug due to how we render the man page on the site. Not entirely sure how to fix it; probably deleting the non-man Usage section is the best approach.
