Exporting event by UID

Given the UID of an event (e.g. as obtained from #891), it would be amazing to be able to export the corresponding event to stdout or a file. That way, in addition to a means to add attendees (see https://github.com/pimutils/khal/issues/43#issuecomment-157680888) would allow us to script inviting others (#43).
