khal interactive new is not showing discovered calendars

I would really like to be able to create new events on discovered calendars using the UI. Is this expected to work?

What do you mean by "discovered calendars"?

So my config is roughly like this:

[calendars]

[[someCalendar]]
path = /home/evie/.local/calendars/someCalendar/*
type = discover

This is a gmail calendar, and there's a default one, and a few calendars created by me. khal does see the other calendars just fine when I try to display events (and they show up as <some-long-hash>@group.calendar.google.com), but when I try to create a new event throuh khal interactive, I only see the main google account.

Also, if I do khal list --json calendar, I see all the other calendars there.

Also just tested, and doing it manually through khal new -a [email protected] ... works.
