Birthday calendar and deceased contacts

Describe the bug A deceased person with a DEATHDATE in the vCard should probably have their deathday included in the birthday calendar, and their birthday marked specially.

Expected behavior It would be good to have e.g. a 🕈 or similar displayed next to their name if DEATHDATE is present.
