Setuptool not available

I cannot install khal from source.

I do have setuptools in my environment.

❯ pip3 install .
Defaulting to user installation because normal site-packages is not writeable

I remove my package manager python's packages and installed them from pip, and it now works.

But I think we need a pyproject.toml

Was setuptools installed in that python installation? Does this work?
