Improve shell completions

Click supports providing more information on parameters, so that the generated shell completion files are more helpful.

Together with #1141 this supersedes #1034, #1062 and #937

@duckunix thanks for pointing this out. I meant PR #1141 which documents how basic shell completion files can get generated directly from khal. I edited the original text.
