LibreAlarm Widget

Most of us use the great LibreAlarm application with XDrip+ When we want to do a "Check Now", we have to launch the application, and press the button. It would be very usefull to have a widget allowing to do a "Check Now" measurement and showing the librealarm status (started/stopped)

You can use the Tasker app, along with AutoInput to set up a button in the homescreen to do that.

Thank you for the great tip ! I'll try it But if I'm not wrong, the value read with the "Check Now" button won't be received by XDrip+ (I opened an issue for that)

So when you click check now, Xdrip+ isn't updating with the captured value?.

check the logs in Xdrip+ to see if there is anything that might suggest what's going on MENU > View Events Log.

I had a similar issue that turned out to be interference from a wifi weather station that was causing corrupted value to be sent to my phone from the SW3, it showed the value in LibreAlarm but failed a check in Xdrip+. It was odd, and hard to figure out.

Ok, I understand that the LibreAlarm "Check Now" value is captured by Xdrip+ on your side. So it is an issue on my side and not into LibreAlarm. I'll check the XDRip+ log to see if there something wrong. Sincerely thank you for your help and advices.

I have also to precise that I use also Glimp in CGM Smartwatch mode in parallel. Perhaps there is here some competition between these applications.
