VM Not Started During Initial Startup [Windows 10 ARM}

Hi Guys,

I'm basically trying to create VM windows 10 os but failed to startup during first install I'm pretty sure I've donwloaded the ARM64 archtecture and follow brifely as same as creating another linux one But nothing success with this w10 Can you help me? Maybe I missed on some points
