I like to understand this step more in detail at Manual Installation. Does this step require static IP in physical interface, or virtual interface with static IP is able to continue? I use Zerotier for Virtual Static IPs.

In /etc/network/interfaces, give the Pi a static IP address. You cannot use dhcp.
