Support for Mote USB

IIRC Plasma implicitly supports the regular Mote pHAT (since it's just APA102 pixels) but it doesn't have any support for the custom protocol used by the USB board. Plasma could use a Mote class to support those boards, derived from- https://github.com/pimoroni/mote
