Update st7735 in examples

Update of initial values when setting up the display, and updated to remove warning about use of ST7735 vs st7735. Note Whitesource/Mend-bolt source file is also here which I use for code and dependency checking.

Did the examples ever get updated for the ST st 7735 issue?

These were fixed with the port to Pi 5 / gpiod in #126
