Still ADC Issues with spikes or values moved to different channel

Hello! I bought recently an AutomationHat to use the ADC channels. However, I see wrong data 0.03v or 4.7V spikes when measuring constant data. i thought this was fixed in the past but I still see this with latest library release.

What can I do?
