[Bug]: Check operators in data hub graphql configuration

Expected behavior

Operators are expected to work like intended

Actual behavior

Using some of the operators/formatters/... can lead to an undefined array key error.

Steps to reproduce

Create a GraphQL configuration and use (for example) merge functionalitay in the schema definition.
