[Improvement]: Add manual items sort

Improvement description

In Datahub version 1.2 now saves configs in /var/data-hub/<name>.yaml

So, lets say that I want to import 10 csv files that will create 10 different DataObjects but some of them depends on the previous one... When creating this configs they are ordered automatically and I have no control over them. This can be a mess if I need to import them in order so it would be nice to have the ability to sort them manually from the UI or have some master yaml config file to specify the order imports are going to be displayed in the UI.

Note: in previous versions configs were saved in datahub-configuration.php and there I was able to sort items manually at least in the array config.

Thanks a lot for reporting the issue. We did not consider the issue as "Pimcore:Priority", "Pimcore:ToDo" or "Pimcore:Backlog", so we're not going to work on that anytime soon.
