[Feature]: Collation (swedish) and ngram_edge tokenizer for instantsearch-functionality

Feature description

Hi, Not sure if this can be done today, but I need

1. The search results to sort the swedish characters in the correct way for specific fields (icu_collation_keyword with sv SE)
2. Use the ngram_edge analyzer to be used in autocomplete-style searches.

Can this be configured today somehow?
