[Feature]: Sorting elasticsearch result

Feature description

There is nothing in the examples and code how sort the results from elasticsearch.

Please give me an example of sorting ES results

I created a discussion (https://github.com/pimcore/pimcore/discussions/13193) but I was unable to get any answer.
