Popclip and checkvist work well together with Applescript and Mail (sample script from Alfred forum thread here) to create and send a mail message to the Checkvist list address (each list has one that you can retrieve like so). I modified the BBEdit sample Popclip extension to get this going, and was also able to make a similar alfred extension with a keyword trigger. Works really well. I tried to figure out the Checkvist API, but using Applescript and Mail was far faster for me and still works well.
