Differentiate between external audio devices

Requested via email: Differentiate between Bluetooth and wired headsets so VN could be configured to speak on one but not the other.

Related request via Discord: Differentiate between different Bluetooth devices (e.g. car and earbuds).

Perhaps the ideal solution would be to add a list of current and previously detected audio devices that can be toggled on and off, similar to the app list.
