Add typescript definition files

  • Rebased #76,
  • Brought typescript up to date,
  • Added all HTTP methods, as requested in the original PR,
  • Removed usages of any where possible,
  • Fixed some bugs in the definitions.

Rebased and reimplemented the CI changes on GHA.
