Package tag "Extensions" in Microdown seems a bad choice

In the Microdown package there are two tags named Extensions. One is the system generated one for extension methods, the other is one we have made to keep extension blocks to make it into the pharo distribution.

I propose we rename our tag to 'ExtensionBlocks' (or 'BlockExtensions').
