Package Microdown-Pharo-Tools should be removed

It only contain a single extension method for inspecting MicElements (highly useful by the way). I suggest to move this extension method into Microdown as it is an extension from the model elements.

This would make a Microdown dependency to Spec 2, which means from Pharo >= 9 It's ok for me.
