Order tagging URLs: a schema for multiplayer mode

This requires a pretty in depth discussion but more or less we want a way eventually have every ems track other ems in a network distributed way, given multi-collaborating-user configuration.

Right now all we've got is a new piker.clearing._messaging.Status.src: str which points to the origin "subsystem" or broker backend that the dialog originates from.

Lot's to talk about as has been done in community chat but this is an issue to start a proper write up and track resources.
