Modding Final Fantasy 12, Zodiac Age, all mods install fine, deploy fine, but no effect ingame.

As the title says, I followed all instructions, tried all 3 deployment methods, none of them work. I only installed 4 mods, they have no effect ingame, did the same thing on my main PC and the mods work there just fine.

I know you do this for free, not expecting much tbh, it is surprising you got Vortex running at all on linux so congrats on that!

I wonder whats wrong tbh?

Could be similar to https://github.com/pikdum/steam-deck/issues/84, best bet is to dig through the directories to see if anything looks off.
