orphaned wine-server on close from time to time

sometimes vortex won't launch, at first I just restarted the deck to solve the issue, but upon opening btop I saw a wine-server process that's linked to .vortex-linux, after stopping said process in btop, relaunching vortex works as expected

there's an accompanying wine-server process that never gets killed upon launching vortex-linux, checked via btop

Shipped an update that should fix this.

1. run Update Pikdum's Tools to get the latest version
2. start Vortex a. might need to restart
