todo: investigate game support

Heard that Witcher 3 mods weren't working.

This is to look into that, and some other games, like:

• hogwarts legacy
• cyberpunk 2077

Found a mod.settings file in vortex_linux directory for Witcher 3 mods. But for now that isn’t the problem.

I’m going to see if I can look into it a little more myself but from what I can understand vortex itself doesn’t actually put any files whatever besides empty folders in the Witcher 3 folder which is the main issue at the moment.

Heyy...I hate to be that guy but is there any update on things like this?

Just found this and tried to set up Starfield mods (easier than copying and pasting from pc)

But I'm having the issue of it just making the folders and not actually copying anything in, but it's happily creating the vortex.deployment.json file with a list of changes.

EDIT - Got it working I am trying to run starfield from the sd card (K:) I had to add a folder called Vortex Downloads (for the downloaded mods) to K:\steamapps\common\ Used suggested location for staging K:\Vortex Mods\{game} - as is in the install info Then had to turn on hardlink deployment, every other method did nothing

This is probably wrong, but its all that got it working for me
