Fixed banner Y Position for iPhone X

In iPhone X due to the notch the banner appears 30 pt from the top of the window. Possible fixes pikacode/EBBannerView#3

@csknns Thank you so much, but I found that in portrait/landscape it should have different yOffset and width, when orientation is changed it should be update too. And I have already update it ｡◕‿◕｡
