It works out of the box. No configuration needed. How long have you had the problem?
What is your phone? (model and version). Seems to be an issue with your phone or profile configuration.
Strange, may be you have another custom card that interfers with haptic. I don't known why you have this issue 😟
Template are not supported in actions and will not be because of the complexity of the action object.
Nope, there is no chance. Actions are standard home assistant object. I do not prefer to override this with template because it will be to complicated to maintain.
Mushroom card only support one entity. It's not plan to add multiple entity support to keep it simple for now. Do you known why your fan does not support percentage...
