app namespace for UT not consistent

The app naming is not consistent. The installation runs under uk.co.piggz.amazfish, so it gets intstalled into /opt/click.ubuntu.com/uk.co.piggz.amazfish. But all folders in home like .local/share, config and cache run under the namespace harbour-amazfish. So for instance UT Tweak Tool can't offer to clear all data and cache since the folders don't follow the same namespace. Not sure if that may cause issues in other places too. Can this maybe be fixed to use only one of both namespaces?
