[feature request] Inactive timer/disable after time of inactivity

It would be useful to disable the updating of the watch after a time of inactivity. E.g. if the phone hasn't been used after X amount of hours stop updating the watch until its been in use again.

The state if the phone is used on not could be determined by calculating the time since the screen has been turned on for the last time.
