Correctly parse semi-colon seperated values

It would be nice if semi-colon seperated values could be correctly parsed and displayed.

For example, with this "Pin je punt"-theme, it would be nice if instead of displaying "Deze picknicktafel is gemaakt van wood;metal", the text would read "Deze picknicktafel is gemaakt van hout en metaal". This can be an improvement especially for tags than appear in multiple themes, like the material and colour tag

There is an implementation for this, it uses the multiAnswer-flag which is disabled for this question. We assume that a picnictable is only made of a single material - but this assumption is wrong.
