• Guidepost: 'Route marking on finger post (with direction)'
• Route marker: 'Other route marking (with direction)'
• Trail blaze: 'Other route marking (only position)' (also used for off-road routes only indicated by marker, see trailblazed)
• (some information=stele, information=sign, man_made=sign, traffic_sign etc. also have destinations listed but are usually not relevant.)

May be confusing to users, not fully documented yet.
