Bicycle infrastructure map destroys/disregards already added tag

Using the bicycle infrastructure map in Germany for cyclestreets is not possible, because the local tag bicycle_road (which isn't exactly the same) is not recognized, which can lead to double tagging (cyclestreet=yes und bicycle_road=yes). Adding an option for cyclestreets in countries that use bicycle_road instead would also help with this further.

Also some tags like cycleway:right or cycleway:left are not recognized, leading to double tagging (cycleway=track + cycleway:right=track).
