Linux Raspbian os for x86 epoch time is off for emwin

I am having troubles getting correct dates in the folders, it starts with 1969-12-31. It only does it for the EMWIN dated folders, the goes16, goes18, non-cmip, fire data, NWS are all ok. Is there something I can check? Thanks!
