Not working with multi-language filter

Hello,

This is a really wonderful plugin and very useful to really save a lot of time when creating a large number of categories.

The issue I am facing is with multi language, after enabling the multi-language filter to use the title as, for example: <span lang="en" class="multilang">Main Cat</span><span lang="ar" class="multilang">مجموعة رئيسية</span>

In setting page, it shows the code, but does not show Arabic lettering. In the results page it ends up with an error telling "Invalid value for field name".

The error is not only with Arabic, but I test it with several languages and it has the same error; so it seems it is not able to accept HTML tags.

Is there any way to fix it?
