Not sure about grouping datum. Dress-up features could be before patterns. Patterns could be grouped. What is the last icon on your second picture?

@maxwxyz If the first group is becoming generic tools (dealing with sketches, datum, shapebinder, and clone), why not adding `Part_CheckGeometry` there?

I mean a toolbar just for `PartDesign_Boolean`. It could be extended later with separate tools but the idea is to have only one command in it first.
