Own voice is heard through own RX

When VectorAudio is restarted within about 1 min, I can hear the last few words of my own speech in my own RX when I finish transmitting. I suspect others in this frequency are also hearing it twice and overlapped (reported from pilots that unreadable sometimes). It seems to me my transmission is going like: VectorAudio TX -> AFV server -> VectorAudio RX.
