Feature request: Set/Change frequency from ws/http

I have a use case where VectorAudio would be utilised in an automated streaming platform to help VATSIM event showcase their event without haves to dedicate a person to handle this stream.

A simple endpoint, with the frequency, limited to RX. You would have to pass all the stations you need to listen to, so passings an empty request clears the list.
