Move docs to open source GitHub Pages

I'm not sure how long pieroxy.net (and thus the docs for this package) has been down, but it's odd that there is no documentation publicly available within this repo. I am aware of #187, but it would be helpful to have a copy of the old docs always live and not reliant on the author's server.
