CMake causing issues during build of ROCm.

Cannot get it to build, ROCm version 6.2

In current setup, only ROCm 6.0.2 is supported. https://github.com/pierotofy/OpenSplat/blob/eba9476394301fc44e56dcba4a77d4c9d23e9f41/.github/workflows/rocm6.yml#L22C9-L22C30

Are there any plans to support the latest versions? Currently 6.3.2 now.
