Mark as read usability

Hey.

It works sure, but it's not very usable as it is. you click on the checkmark icon, then wait for the page to load, then scroll down then click etc.... until your 100 chaps are done...

I think you should use the same system as the notification, click on the icon to select the chapter, then in the bottom you have the "mark all/selected as read". maybe you could add a "select all" as a bonus

I guess it does get annoying for a lot of chapters. I'll change it so it doesn't reload the page.
