Add invite system

Invites

  • [ ] Should have an expiration time
  • [ ] When a user is banned, any existing invites should be revoked

Admin panel

  • Invites page
    • [ ] Invites should not be consumed if registration is open
    • [ ] Checkbox to enable/disable invites
    • [ ] Add a way to grant a number of invites to all users (not banned)
    • [ ] Add a way to grant a number of invites to one user (not banned)

User menu

  • Invites page
    • [ ] Generate invite URL and optionally send to an email
    • [ ] List all invites whether consumed or expired
