@lizzzcai the design doc has more details on why we went this way and we had a few discussions on the new API name as the scope is really LLM...

@jeremyrajan, thanks for reporting, I see for example, broker ingress here https://console.cloud.google.com/artifacts/docker/knative-nightly/us/gcr.io/knative.dev%2Feventing%2Fcmd%2Fbroker%2Fingress which image is failing and how are you referencing them?

As pointed out in the meeting, the env variable name is called `K_EXECUTION_MODE` now, to be consistent with `K_SINK`, etc
