torque app issue and fix - web upload ignoring ports

Hello Ian, i know this is not the place for it, but it appears i was banned on the forum after this post (probably because of the example url i used): https://torque-bhp.com/forums/?wpforumaction=viewtopic&t=16979.0

In that post, i explain that currently, if you set a web upload server that has a port, like custom.url.org:8123/api/torque, torque instead sends the request to custom.url.org/api/torque.

Could this be fixed? this breaks the home assistant implementation.
