PiecesChats hanging after re-establishing a connection

After re-opening a chat, it opens to the chat window just fine without error, but hangs after a message is sent, like how :PiecesCopilot does.

I've attempted to reinstall NVIM, Pieces NVIM plugin, and the newest patch. No avail.
