Although a bunch of text says that Asian/Chinese dice are supposed to be "left-handed" when I go to look at actual pictures of them most of them seem to be "right-handed" e.g. this Baidu images search.
An article says Chinese domino cards come in two main types http://www.oocities.org/paris/musee/7685/cards44.htm
- "15 point cards" where the pips are vertical
- "Sichuan cards" where the pips are horizontal
- In either case the domino is repeated twice (once at top of card and once at bottom usually with a decorative picture in between)
- What are typical dimensions?
